Q-Redew offers free standard shipping within the US via FedEx SmartPost (3-8 days to delivery). FedEx SmartPost is transferred to USPS for delivery.Please be sure to provide a shipping address where the delivery can be left securely.
Express mail rate is $36.00 for USPS Express Mail (1-2 days to delivery from date of shipment). All orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.
We ship to Canada via USPS International Ground for US $18. Orders exceeding $90 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for US $42.
Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you at the time the order is processed for shipping.
We currently ship only to the US and Canada as all inventory is on a 120 Volt 650 Watt electric standard.
Do not use third party addresses/shipping services to have orders shipped outside the US. Q-Redew will not provide return shipping labels outside the US and Canada for exchanges per our manufacture's warranty.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your Q-Redew purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your undamaged purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund of your unit purchase price. Please note shipping fees are not refundable nor does Q-Redew provide prepaid return labels for returns per the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
Your refund will be processed upon Q-Redews receipt of your returned unit.
1 Year Manufacturers Warranty
Your Q-Redew appliance is warranted by Q-Redew Products for the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date shown on the purchasers receipt.
If your Q-Redew does not mechanically perform within the warranty period, Q-Redew Products will troubleshoot to see if the unit can be repaired or will exchange the unit. To report a defect, please contact Q-Redew Products by email at support@qredew.com. for further instruction and troubleshooting. Your satisfaction is important to us.
*The Q-Redew is 120 voltage 650 watts 60 Hz. Do not use power adaptors or convertors as they will damage the Q-Redew and the Manufacture's Warranty would not apply. Q-Redew Products is patent pending in the EU with intention of providing 240 voltage units in the future.
