The Q-Redew is intended for use on dry hair.
Step 1 - Fill the Reservoir
- Remove reservoir from the Q-Redew appliance with finger.
- Flip the reservoir over. Open rubber inlet cover.
- Fill the reservoir with water. Distilled water is recommended (never put anything other than water in the reservoir)
- Replace rubber inlet cover
- Replace reservoir to unit by lining up reservoir into slot, and click into place.
Step 2 - Plug Unit into Electrical Outlet.
*The Q-Redew is 120 voltage 650 watts 60 Hz. Do not use power adaptors or convertors as they will damage the Q-Redew and the Manufacture's Warranty would not apply. Q-Redew Products is patent pending in the EU with intention of providing 240 voltage units in the future.
Step 3 - Appliance Will Begin to Warm Up.
Indicator light will blink while the appliance is warming up.
Step 4 - When Light Turns Solid the Q-Redew is Ready For Use.
Automatic Shut-Off feature: Do not leave your plugged in appliance unattended. However, if you do not use your appliance within 5 minutes the unit will switch to inactive mode for your safety. The indicator light will go dark, indicating the product has shut off.
Restarting the Plugged-in Unit: Applying pressure to the trigger will start the warming period again.
Step 5 - Test the Q-Redew Appliance Before Using.
Step 6 - Pull trigger to emit warm mist into hair to rejuvenate, enhance, and reshape volume and texture. Use the Q-Redew with prongs up to maintain steady flow of steam.
Individual preferences will determine the right amount of warm mist.
Step 7 - For your comfort during use:
Do not place prongs directly on scalp or skin to avoid discomfort, skin irritation, or burns. Keep the Q-Redew appliance moving. To avoid discomfort, skin irritation, or burns, do not hold pointed in one place for an extended period of time.
