It’s the Q-Redew team, back at it again with another tip.
When using your Q-Redew be sure to hold it in an upright position. Holding the Q-Redew prongs downward causes the water flow to be interrupted. The steam flow will then diminish. Holding it upright allows the flow to be consistent which produces the best steam flow.
